Like any parent, grandparent or care giver, I love reading to children of all ages. Their excitement and sense of adventure gives me so much joy. Reading to them gives them and their imagination a boost to create on many levels.
Ever since I was little—a love that has stayed with me all the way to becoming a grandmother—I have adored books filled with uplifting messages and beautiful illustrations. I hold a special place in my heart for fairy tales, folk tales and any vibrant-colored children's stories that simply make us feel good.
